If you would like to meet on site before committing to anything, I come to the property, we walk it together and I tell you what the site is likely to allow.
A phone call or a few photos only go so far. Seeing the house, the garden and the surroundings in person lets me give you honest advice on what is realistic and what the simplest route forward is, before you spend anything on drawings.
It is a meeting and on site advice. You decide what to do afterwards.

We arrange a day to meet at the property.
We go through the house and the site together, inside and out, and talk through what you would like to do with it.
I tell you what the site is likely to allow, talk through your options and point out the simplest route forward.
You leave with a clear idea of which services you would need and in what order. If you go ahead with a package, the deposit is refunded.
A site visit is a meeting and advice. It is not a survey, and no drawings are prepared at it.
A site visit carries a €200 deposit. The deposit is refunded in full once you take one of the packages or instruct me to carry out any drawing work.
A site visit is separate from a measured survey. The visit is a meeting and advice, while the survey is the full measuring and drawing of the building.
The visit is an optional first step. After it you can go on to the measured survey, design and planning in order, or take any of them on their own.
A site visit is €200. If you go on to instruct me to do any drawings, the €200 is refunded in full. Nothing is paid here: I'll confirm a date and send payment details once I have your request.
